- Indonesian citizen, female or male
- Never married
- Minimal age 21 year and maximum 26 year
- Minimal education D3 (Diploma)
- Minimal height 158 cm (woman) And 165 cm (man) with a proportional weight
- Not glasses during selection and training (It is recommended to use the maximum minus contact lens -5.00, maximum cylinder 2.00)
- Smooth in English, other foreign language skills are added value
- Have no work experience as a cabin crew before
- Physically and mentally healthy
- Service oriented, committed, and able to interact directly
- Ready to follow all stages of selection
